Location– Bangalore, India
Read and acknowledge necessary IQVIA and customer controlled procedural documents (SOPs/WIs etc.).
Ensure required training is completed in a timely fashion and documented.
Complete on-job certification to be able to work independently in accordance with applicable SOPs/WIs.
Have good understanding of process and impact of system administration activities, understanding of
necessary approvals to be taken for each administrative change.
Adhere to quality standards and timeline, work with different stakeholders and customers to achieve project
and customer deliverables.
