A project assistant position is open in Dr. Sudha Srinivasan’s lab at Centre for Human Genetics (CHG), Bangalore.
Candidates with MSc in any branch of life sciences may apply.
The lab works in the areas of human molecular genetics and human disease biology. Specifically, the lab carries out molecular genetic studies on diabetic retinopathy and on the mucopolysaccharidoses (MPS) group of disorders.
The nature of work is primarily “wet lab” in molecular biology, with “dry lab” work for data analysis and interpretation. The initial appointment will made as a project trainee.
After successfully completing six months as a project trainee, the person will be appointed as project assistant.
